1. Can I take courses if I'm not a member of the PJVA?
YES. PJVA Members   receive a price discount. To learn more or to apply for PJVA membership click on the hyperlinks.
2. Do PJVA eStudies online courses count as credits towards the SAIT Certificate Program?
No, PJVA eStudies online courses DO NOT count as credits towards the SAIT Certificate Program at this time. While the courses offered through PJVA eStudies are the same as the SAIT courses, if you wish to obtain the SAIT JV Certificate you need to register for the courses through SAIT.
3. How can I enroll in a course?
You can enroll online.
4. What are Activation Tickets?
Activation Tickets are codes that you purchase for other people that they use to access courses instead of purchasing it themselves. This is an effective method for tracking and distributing the program to employees. If you would like to learn more about Activation Tickets contact PJVA Administration.
5. When can I access the course?
Access to the course online will be granted once payment has been received. If you pay by credit card you will have immediate access. If you pay by cheque you will not have access to the course until your payment has been received and processed.
6. How long does it to take to complete a course?
From the date you enroll, you have 90 days to complete a course and pass the exam. You can complete a course at your own pace as long as you complete it within 90 days. The courses vary in length, and how quickly you complete a course will also depend on your learning style and your level of experience in the field. Most learners are able to complete the course within the following ranges:

7. What if I cannot complete the course before my access expires?
Contact PJVA Administration. Extensions will be granted at the Administrator's discretion.
8. Does a participant receive a score on their exam?
YES. Exam feedback is provided on your Completion Status page.
9. How do I find my marks?

To find your mark for a particular course, please follow these steps:

  • Sign In
  • Click on: My Account
  • Click on: Completion Status
  • Your mark out of 100 is displayed in a small box for each attempt
  • The attempt box will be highlighted green for a passed attempt and red for a failed attempt
10. How many attempts do I get to pass the exam?
You have 1 attempt to pass the exam.
11. What assistance is available to me when I write an online exam?
Exams are "closed book." You will not be able to access the course content after you start the exam. Evidence of cheating will result in immediate failure.
12. What is the Refund Policy?
Refunds will be issued at the discretion of PJVA providing that the course exam has not been written.
13. Are there specific software or browser requirements to run the online programs?
